At Venba Fragrance, we strive for complete satisfaction with every signature scent; however, if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and original-condition items.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance remains in its original, factory-sealed cellophane packaging, as we cannot accept returns for opened or sprayed products due to hygiene standards.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
